An incompetent organisation that spent £20 million on a flood defence scheme in Cheltenham that failed and in some cases caused flooding, and as yet, not a penny spent in here in Tewkesbury.

Baroness Young must surely win a prize as the most useless and incompetent of Chief Executives.

This money, our money, is lining the pockets of people who could not organise a party in a brewery.

Sack the lot, the EA has delivered failure and disaster, and despite requests buck-pass to others.  

Areas flooded this time, which have not before, partly due to the EA.

The EAs own flood predictions do not even match the actual, so much for planning.

If the "Noble" Baroness had an ounce of decency she would immediately resign along with the rest of her useless board of nonentities.
