This e-mag operation is privately funded, and without the support of the authorities.

The aim is to demonstrate that a combination of spin, obfuscation, fillibustering, delaying tactics, strategic ploys and mis-information are used by the Environment Agency, Defra and the Government to increase income, to avoid expenditure, to cut costs, to cover up mistakes and to evade their responsibility.
